I haven't written a blog post in so long I am not sure if I remember how. I quit writing when I moved to DC back in 2005 due to the speeding up of my life, lack of familarity with my job, people and the area, and I think due to simple burn out. So here I am trying to write something again and not sure what I am going to make of the whole thing.
I have to admit I love living in the District. I have had a good year and a half getting to know the place. Since I last wrote, I met Mr. C and we have gotten engaged and moved in together. The wedding is April 21, 2007, in Georgetown. I have to admit I am happy and nervous about the prospect. I love Mr. C more than I thought possible, and I love sharing my home and life with him. But I have been having these nightmares that I am going to screw it up. Talk about nerve racking...
But this is my life and I am really happy with it. I am excited to see what new adventures 2007 will bring.
